The equity structure is 46%, 34%, and 20%, respectively, and it is a state-owned holding enterprise. The company is committed to building a modern cashmere textile production base that integrates standardized production plants, design and research centers, quality inspection centers, exhibition and sales areas, logistics and warehousing areas, and comprehensive business areas. This project has been awarded the title of "Excellent Construction Enterprise" by the park management committee for two consecutive years. It is a key investment attraction enterprise in Yuyang District and a provincial-level key observation project for 2024. The company is located in Yuyang Textile Industrial Park, Yulin, covering an area of 123 acres with a total construction area of 52000 square meters. The registered capital is 350 million yuan, and the total investment is 724 million yuan. More than 80% of the company's production equipment is imported from the most advanced intelligent cashmere fine spinning and coarse spinning equipment in Italy, Germany, and other countries, building a full industry chain production system from washing, combing, dyeing, spinning, weaving, and finishing to cashmere fabrics and knitted garments. After the project is put into operation, it can achieve an annual processing capacity of 1000 tons of washed raw cashmere, 600 tons of combed plush free wool, 1000 tons of dyed plush free wool, 600 tons of cashmere spun and coarse spun yarn, 1 million meters of cashmere spun and coarse spun high-end fabrics, 200000 cashmere scarves, 100000 cashmere products (including cashmere blankets, cashmere shawls, cashmere clothing, etc.), with an estimated annual output value of 890 million yuan, an average benefit of about 770000 yuan per mu, an annual tax payment of about 30 million yuan, and provide about 300 job opportunities.
